Рулетики "Кордон Блю" в сливочном соусе
Понадобится:
Куриная грудка (филе) 2 шт.
Ветчина 150 гр.
Сыр 150гр.
Сливки ( 20 - 33 %) 100 мл.
Чеснок 3 зубчика
Зелень (рубленная) 1 ст.л.
Масло растительное для жарки
Соль, перец по вкусу
Рецепт:
1. Сыр нарезаем ломтиками.
2. Ветчину режем тонкими слайсами.
3. Куриную грудку разрезаем вдоль на 3 пластика.
4. Каждый пластик отбиваем кулинарным молотком или тупой стороной лезвия ножа.
5. Подсаливаем. Сверху на каждый пластик укладываем 2 слайса ветчины.
На ветчину укладываем ломтики сыра.
6. Сворачиваем рулетики. Если всё сделано правильно, то рулетики не должны раскрываться при приготовлении. Но для подстраховки вы можете их скрепить зубочистками.
7. Нагреваем в сковороде растительное масло.
8. Выкладываем рулетики.
9. Обжариваем со всех сторон до золотистого цвета.
10. Заливаем в сковороду сливки.
11. Выдавливаем чеснок.
12. Перчим по вкусу.
13. Посыпаем зеленью.
14. И тушим на небольшом огне, пока сливки не выпарятся вдвое.
15. На гарнир можно подать рис, овощи. У меня гарниром послужил микс риса и булгура.
